As a planner, you have the ability to manage the GSO mailing lists within your log-in. This article shows you how you can update a GSO mailing list for both ALL COMPANY or for a specific client. see note at the bottom of this article for updating a Rep or CVB contact mailing list:
ALL COMPANY:
1. Go to ADMIN -> ORGANIZATION PREFERENCES:
2. Then go to EMAIL LISTS -> SUPPLIERS -> type in Supplier name and click on name in drop down -> hit SEARCH
3. You click EDIT on the list you want and then can hit "X" if you want to delete a GSO from the MSR mailing list:
4. Otherwise to add a GSO, scroll down the list and hit the UP arrow to add them to the mailing list:
SPECIFIC CLIENT GSO MAILING LIST:
1. Go to ORGANIZATIONS -> CLIENT ORGANIZATIONS:
2. Then search for Client name by using Start Client List drop down. Scroll down to First Letter of Client Name and select:
3. Find the name of the client in the listing and click on VIEW:
4. Now go to PREFERENCES -> MAILING LISTS -> SUPPLIERS -> type in Supplier name and click on name in drop down -> hit SEARCH
5. You click EDIT on the list you want and then can hit "X" if you want to delete a GSO from the MSR mailing list:
6. Otherwise to add a GSO, scroll down the list and hit the UP arrow to add them to the mailing list:
NOTE: For Rep or CVB organizations, do the above steps but go to the REPS tab to update list:
