All events require a client organization and contact - this is the meeting requester or the decision maker for the event. Client organizations may be internal departments/divisions of your company or external client companies.
To add a new client organization, select Clients and Organizations. The current list of client organizations is shown here.
Select +New Client Org
Complete the client profile information.
Select another client organization as a Parent Organization in the Select Parent drop down list if applicable.
Add a client organization profile if you want this information shown to suppliers on RFPs.
Save changes when complete.
To add an organization as a child of an existing Parent Organization, select the Parent Organization first. Then select +Create Child Client. The parent organization address will be copied into the new profile.
Refer to Add New Client Contact to add a person to this organization.
