The Meeting Evolution GSO site provides access to all RFPs for your properties. The home page tabs access the following information:
The Active RFPs tab provides quick access to the most recent RFPs for your properties on the home page. Select the RFP Name to view details. Select Full Listing to view all RFPs for your properties.
The Need Responses tab provides quick access to RFPs with the highest number of "No Responses". Select the RFP Name to view details. Select Full Listing to view all RFPs for your properties.
RFPs with Updates from the Planner
The Updates tab provides quick access to RFPs with recent status updates from the planner.
Select the RFP Name to view the update. These notification emails are also sent to all suppliers who responded to the RFP.
The Suggest tab shows RFPs where the planner would like the GSO to suggest other properties and add them to the RFP.
**Note: This feature must be enabled by the planner**
Select the RFP Name to proceed. Refer to Suggest Suppliers for an RFP for more information.
The Awarded tab shows recently awarded RFPs. Select Full Listing to view all RFPs awarded in the past 90 days.
Select the RFP Name to view the notification message. These notification emails are also sent to all suppliers who received the RFP. Please note the planner may choose not to disclose the name of the contracted property and/or the reason for their decision.
For RFPs awarded more than 90 days ago, search for the RFP by name or by RFP number using the Search feature on the home page.
