Hotel rep company and CVB users have access to reporting on sales leads and contracts for all of their properties. The following reports are available on the RFP Reporting page by selecting Reports from the toolbar and RFPs from the Reports Menu:
- Annual Contracted RFP Activity
- Annual RFP Count and Pacing
- Annual Requested Room Nights and Pacing
- Annual Leads by Response Type and Pacing
Annual Contracted RFP Activity
The Contracted RFP report shows four years of RFP activity including the number of RFPs sent to your properties, the conversion rate and the response type (positive, negative or none).
Scroll down to view the Annual RFP Count report which shows a dashboard of annual RFP Counts and a pacing report of RFPs sent out by today's date.
Annual Requested Room Nights and Pacing
The Annual Requested Rooms report shows a dashboard of total requested room nights per year and a pacing report of total room nights requested by today's date.
Annual Leads by Response Type and Pacing
The final report shows Annual Lead/Response activity by response type (positive, negative or no response) and a pacing report of responses by today's date.
