Supplier users have access to volume of business reporting for the property(ies) you represent.
The following reports are available on the Awarded Contracts page by selecting Reports from the toolbar and Contracted from the Reports Menu:
- Annual Awarded Contracts
- Annual Awarded Room Nights
- Annual Room Spend
- Awarded Contracts Listing
- View Contract Attachments and Room Block
- Contracts Per Property
All reports on this page show contracts awarded to the property(ies) you represent.
The Annual Awarded Contracts report shows the total number of contracts awarded annually to your properties and a pacing report of contracts awarded by today's date.
Scroll down to view the Annual Awarded Rooms report showing total room nights booked per year and a pacing report of room nights booked by today's date.
Scroll down to view the Annual Room Spend report showing the estimated contracted room spend per year and a pacing report of estimated contracted room spend by today's date.
The final report on the page shows the Awarded Contracts listing of contracts awarded to your properties over the last five years.
Use Columns icon to customize the report by selecting or un-selecting the columns to be displayed in your report.
Information columns will be added or removed from the screen to customize your report view.
View Contract Attachments and Room Block
Select the Contract Name to view the details. Open the Attached Contract Documents section to download any documents the planner has included such as the counter-signed contract or an addendum. Note: these documents must be attached by the planner.
Open the Contracted Sleeping Room Block section to view the contracted room block and rates.
If you represent multiple properties, the Reports tab will show activity for all of them. To view the Contracted reports for a specific property, select Properties and My Properties from the toolbar. Then select the property by name.
