Convention & Visitors Bureau and Hotel Rep company users can view the following reports of their properties' responses:
All Available Responses will be shown in the reports. Refer to View RFP Responses for instructions on filtering or selecting specific properties.
Select the Compare tab for a side by side comparison view of each response.

The Sleeping Room Cost Estimate is calculated by the room rates multiplied by the total room nights for each room type. Room tax and resort fees (if applicable) are included in the total.
Meal Cost Estimates are calculated by the meal functions in the agenda multiplied by the attendance for each meal function and the hotel's average menu prices. Food taxes and service charge estimates are included in the total.
Hotels have the opportunity to review and update their property profile each time they respond to an RFP.
Select the Sleeping Rooms tab to view room block details.

The Detailed Room Block Comparision will be shown for each response date.
If the landscape layout of the room block exceeds the width of the page, use the Rotate button to flip the view to a portrait layout.

Room Block Daily Summary
The lower section of the page shows the Room Block Daily Summary. Responses are grouped by date to show the total number of rooms available per night.

The Requested Rooms row shows the number of rooms requested in the RFP.
Daily Total row shows the total number of rooms available.
Balance row shows the variance - green indicates enough rooms are available, red indicates more rooms are needed to fill the block.
If there are multiple cities sourced on the RFP, use Filter by Location on the Responses page to generate this report per city.
Select the Meeting Room tab on the Responses page to view the Meeting Room Comparison Report.

Meeting rooms highlighted in yellow are smaller than the room size requested on the RFP specs. Rooms highlighted in green are 2,000 sq. ft. larger than requested.
If meeting room assignments were not requested in the RFP, this tab will not be visible.
