Step 2 of the Post Event Response is to enter the room block pickup.

The Contracted Room Block and any contracted terms for commission and complimentary room ratio are shown for reference.
In the Room Pickup Section, enter the actual room pickup for each date and room type.
Use the Add Day button to expand the contracted room block dates and record additional nights of rooms used.
Contracted room types and rates are shown. Use the drop down list of room types to select another option.
To add another room type, use + Room Type. An additional column will be added. Use the Room Type dropdown to select the Room Type name.
Note - room type names cannot be duplicated.
Enable the Daily Rates feature to provide different rates for each night of the block.
Additional Rate Boxes will appear for each night of the block to update. Any existing rates will be pre-populated in the daily rates section to be updated as needed.
Enter Pickup for Master Accounts or Sub-Blocks
To enter pickup for separate sub-blocks or master accounts, select Master Accounts.
The Master Accounts section will be shown. Use +Add Account to create the master accounts. Each account needs a unique name.
The Pick-Up Summary section will summarize the number of rooms to help you check the total room nights.
Scroll down to the Room Pickup section.
Each Master Account will have a tab to record the pickup. Use the Next Master Account button to proceed to the next tab.
Each master account can have different start/end dates, different room types and different room rates. You may submit the room block with zero room nights if applicable.
The Pick-Up Summary shown above the Pick Up form will display the total room nights for all master accounts.
Proceed to Step 3: Charges when complete.
