Meeting Evolution - Below is what Meeting Evolution will code and upload for clients at no cost to them to enhance a Registration Site's Style "look and feel":
- BACKGROUND IMAGES - 2000 px wide by 1500 px high (IMAGE PROVIDED BY THE CLIENT - we recommend muted images or patterned wallpaper type images)**
- BUTTON HOVER COLORS - Provide hex# of Background color and hex# of hover color
- FONT - Clients send unique fonts to us to upload on the server and import into the text editors in an "Open Type font file" .otf - This is best sent to us in a COMPRESSED ZIP FILE. *It is helpful to know which specific font in a group of fonts the team prefers to use most often as these compressed files contain hundreds of font styles per font (bold, strong, normal, regular, basic, gothic, italic) and we do not want to load 100 fonts onto the text editor.
Client - The Client has access to upload the following in their ADMIN login for the event style:
- BANNERS ON REGISTRATION SITE HEADER - 1000px wide by between 200-300 px high (IMAGE PROVIDED BY THE CLIENT)**
- COLORS ON THE REGISTRATION SITE:
Site Background Color- This color will appear as the background of your site, it also is what default buttons and links pull from as well.
Section Colors:
Section Header Background- This color will be used as the section header background on the Registration form of your site.
Section Header Text Color- This will be the text color used on the section header of your Registration form.
Menu Item Colors:
Background Color- This color is going to be the background of your menu bar which appears across the top or side of your site.
Hover Text Color- This color text will appear as you hover your mouse over different buttons.
Selected Background Color- This will be the background color of the menu item a user is currently on. - EMAIL IMAGES** - Creative team from the organization would provide any image displayed within an email to send out. These can be uploaded into the text editor of the email. Meeting Evolution can assist in adding these images to the email and training the Client on how to upload, format, etc.
