Select Dates from the RFP Checklist to begin.
You can add or adjust the RFP Dates using the calendar. Select Add Date or click on a date to edit.
When Alternate Dates Allowed? = Yes, suppliers will be able to respond with availability for alternate dates. Use the Date Range Comments section to provide additional information to suppliers. These comments will be shown on the RFP Specifications and on the response.
When Alternate Dates Allowed? = No, suppliers will not be able to propose alternate dates.
Select the response due date for your RFP:
Option 1: Days after RFP Sent.
The Response Due By date will be set when the RFP is sent. (For example. if 2 days after the RFP is sent is selected and the RFP is sent on Monday, responses will be due by Wednesday).
Option 2: Specify Date
When Specify Date is selected, use the calendar to select the Response Due Date.
The Response Due date is shown on the RFP email and RFP specifications. Any automated reminders will be sent until the response due date.
Note: suppliers can still respond to the RFP after the due date as long as the RFP remains open for responses.
Select Save RFP Dates when complete to return to RFP Checklist.
