Select Questions from the RFP Checklist to begin:
The first time you select Questions, you will be prompted with a list of your organization's default RFP questions. This template provides standard questions that your organization uses on all RFPs. The client organization may also have default questions for their RFPs.
Questions can be specific to sleeping rooms or meeting space and can be un-selected if they are not applicable. Your organization may also have different default questions for international RFPs.
Select or un-select the questions to be included in this RFP and select Copy to RFP.
RFP Questions Page
Add or edit your RFP questions here. Suppliers will be required to answer each question in their RFP response.
Note: questions cannot be added or edited after the RFP has been sent to suppliers.
Select to create a new question. Type your question in the Question to ask section.
Select a Type of Answer:
- Text - supplier will have a text box to type their answer
- Text Area - supplier will have a large text box to type their answer
- Yes/No - answer is limited to Yes or No
- Number - answer is limited to numbers only
Required questions will not allow the responder to proceed without answering. By default, all RFP questions are required.
Use the Deal Breaker flag to indicate the most important RFP terms.
Save to add the question.
Move your mouse over a Question to select it for editing. Save changes to update.
Use the to select and drag the question to re-order the list.
Use the trash can icon to remove the question from the RFP.
Return to RFP Checklist when complete.
