There are times when either a forwarded email or the server used to send an email, causes an RFP link to break. Meeting Evolution suggests doing one of three things:
1. COPY/PASTE: If you are clicking directly onto the link in the body of the email, we advise you to instead; copy/paste the link into your internet browser and hit ENTER to see if it will work.

2. LOG IN AND RESPOND: If you have responded to an RFP in Meeting Evolution before, you have a log-in to the system at https://supplier.meetingevolution.net. Your RFP responses will be on your home page. Click on the Need Responses tab in the top left hand menu (IN RED). Locate the RFP meeting name and select the green "RESPOND" button on the right to respond to the RFP from within Meeting Evolution.

3. CONTACT US: Email support@meetingevolution.net and ask for assistance with the RFP link. Please provide the name of the meeting you are trying to respond for and your property name. We are always happy to send you a corrected link or your log-in credentials to respond to an RFP in a timely manner.
