It is not difficult to Upload a document in the Link Editor. This can be done in a text editor of a Registration Tab or Page, in an Email you are creating, or even on the Registration Form. Basically anywhere you have access to the "Text Editor", you have the ability to upload a document. Follow these 4 basic steps:
- Highlight the text in the email where you want the link to the document to hyperlink and Click on LINK icon
- Instead of entering a URL link, click on the Document icon to upload a document to the server (MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT LINK IN THE URL FIELD)
- Upload the document you would like to link by clicking on your document on your computer, UPLOAD and then INSERT
- Click UPDATE at the end.
**Be sure to test an email prior to sending and make sure it is working correctly. This is done by clicking on the closed envelope in the Action column on EMAIL tab, clicking on VIEW for any recipient to make sure data is pulling in. or test a registration page by going onto the site and clicking the link for the document.
