We are often asked by clients why an image is not automatically showing in a sent email through Meeting Evolution. This has to do with inbox settings on each recipients account and Meeting Evolution has no control over or ability to override these settings. Here is how a recipient can update their email inbox settings to always show images in emails sent, even external emails from Meeting Evolution:

G MAIL -
To update your G-mail settings to display images in your email inbox, go to SETTINGS > Select "ALWAYS DISPLAY EXTERNAL IMAGES" and SAVE:

OUTLOOK - To update your Outlook settings to display images in your email inbox:
- Click File tab > Options > Trust Center.
- Click Microsoft Outlook Trust Center Settings > Trust Center Settings.
- Disable the Don't download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items checkbox.
- Click Tools menu > Trust Center > Automatic Download.
- Disable the Don't download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items checkbox.
Unblocking images from trusted senders or domains
You can mark known senders or domains as Safe Senders to unblock images sent by them.
- Open a message received from a known sender or domain.
- Do a right-click on a blocked image.
- Select one of the following options:
- Add Sender to Safe Senders List
- Add the Domain @domain to Safe Senders List
