How can I add a new invitee to my meeting?
- To enter a new invitee, click on Invitees and New Invitee button. When your site is set to require invitations, you must add everyone as an invitee for them to be able to register.
I don't want to require an invitation to register, how do I turn that off?
- You can control the registration process to require and invite under the Event Info tab and the field "Require invitation to register"
How big should the banner for my site be?
- Recommended size of banner is 1000px wide by 200px high. The system will support .jpg, .png and .gif file types. The image file size must be smaller than 1mb.
How do I turn off my Registration site for new registrations?
- On the Event Info Tab, change the "Last Date to Register" date. Whatever date entered in this box will be through 11:59pm.
What is the Log Info at the the bottom of the confirmation?
- Log info at the bottom of registration information is for admin use only. Registrants do not see this data. It will track everything about the record including when it was created, updated and any changes.
Why is my Agenda not showing on the Agenda tab?
- The Agenda Menu Tab always need to be just before the Registration Tab at the END of the Menu. If you change the order of the Registration tab or Agenda tab, placing it before any additional tabs on the menu, then it will not display the content correctly.
