The Cost Analysis Report provides a detailed breakdown of the sleeping rooms and food & beverage expense estimates for each property.
From the Home Page, select the Response Summary Counts at the right to access the Response Listing page.

Refer to RFP Response Listing for instructions on selecting responses and moving responses On Proposal or Off Proposal.
Responses must be On Proposal to be included in the report.
Select the Export tab and scroll down to the Cost Analysis section.

Select Cost Analysis to download the report.

The Excel spreadsheet will include a Cost Estimate Summary on the first page and a spreadsheet page for each selected property and date range.
Each spreadsheet tab shows the detailed breakdown of the estimated sleeping rooms and food & beverage costs for the selected property and date range.
The spreadsheet includes formulas so you can edit as needed.
If you use the Event Budget feature, the Budget column will include your information.
